Hi.

As per my understanding by going through your doc and excel file you can't upload 17 character AC No. But when I've tried to load the data from the sample excel file its working fine.

Try using with text() function

Load text(accountno) as accountno,

...

from SampleDatabase.xlsx;

Thanks & Regards, Mayil Vahanan R

Hi Sir,

I'm facing this issue when the database is .xlsx. I've just tried to uplaod the same data but in .csv format & the result its ok. Is the format of the file might be the issue or the pc itself?

Hi,

well I haven't change any thing from my end  the attached file sample Database.xlsx  which you attached I have simple pulled data which looks okay with me.

As you said .csv worked fine with you then it is obvious the format issue you can upgrade your office to 2010 which I am using currently might help.
