Max value for current and prev periods

I have 2 fields the first 1 in by Daily page views and the second in weekly.

I need to create a field that will hold the max value of page views for the specific Week and the previous weeks,

ATTACHED AN EXAMPLE.

(The right field is what I expect to get- Preferred to be made in layout)
