Mekko Chart

Hi all,

I just build a Mekko Chart containing price category's of a product. (5 category's)

It looks just fine however when I put my curser on one of the blocks it doens't show me the percentage of the share. It shows me the amount of euro's that are in the share. How do I get the blocks to show me the % of the market share it possses.

Dimensions:

Months

Product.Price.Category

Expression

sum(totalRevenueAmount)

The easiest way is to enable the option Relative of the expression. Since the sizes of the blocks in the mekko chart are relative anyway enabling this setting won't change the layout.

My pie chart now gives me the corrrect percentages with the relative box checked.

However my mekko chart now gives percentages as total of the 12 months. Like the category <500 is 2,5% in january of the 12 months of all the categories.

I would like to see how big the category is in january in relation to the other categories.
Category 1 = 25% in january

              2    30% january

              3    45% january

Add a listbox for your month field and select january . If you want to compary the categories for another month, select that month.

so it is not possible to let the mekko chart show me percentages as a % per month instead of the total?

For instance when i select january it indeed gives me the percentages as a value of 100%

However I would really like qlikview to let me show these values when I got January - December/ year selected
