Merge Cells of Pivot table

Hi All,

Below is a pivot table i want to make:-     

DIm1	Exp1	Exp2	Exp3	Exp4
Dim_val1	t1	121	v1
Dim_val2	t2
Dim_val3	t3	121	v2
Dim_val4	t4
Dim_val5	t5	121	v3
Dim_val6	t6

I want to merge row 1,2 for Exp2, Exp3, Exp4

merge row 3,4 for Exp2, Exp3, Exp4

merge row 5,6 for Exp2, Exp3, Exp4

How can this be achieved. ?
