Method to set all field LABELS to same name different from their fieldname as default

I have an application that has 100s of fields.  The common used ones I have declared as Dimensions and Measurements so they float to the top

For sorting purposes I have naming conventions like PK_ for primary key, FK_ for foreign keys SLS_ for data coming from the Sales dimension table, etc

I have multiple tabs with multiple grids/objects etc.

Is there a method in Qlikview where you can Map the field to a common Field LABEL so that everytime you add it to a grid, it uses a mapped value

EXAMPLE:  every time I add field PK_CusNo to a grid, it gets the label CustNo as the output label WITHOUT me having to always change it

This is different than mapping friendly names as the Field because I want to keep my field naming convention for sorting purposes on the design side.

If  not, is there a way to do a global Search and replace?
