Migration from 1 Server to 2 Servers (Hyper-V, Win2012R2 - not clustered)

Good morning everyone!

I am newbie to QLIKVIEW. I am task to migrate our existing QLIKVIEW 11.20 production version.

Current environment:

-------------------------------

- Windows Hyper-V (POC Cluster)

- 1 Server Win 2012R2 with 32Gb RAM

- Processor - AMD Opteron Processor 6376

- x64 8 cores

- NO IIS running

- Enterprise License - NO Cluster license

PROPOSE environment

---------------------------------------

- Windows Hyper-V (production cluster)

- 2 Servers (Win 2012R2 32gb RAM)

- Processor - AMD Opteron Processor 6376

- x64 6 cores - please advice about this

- NO IIS running

- Enterprise License - NO Cluster license

Gurus, please help me on my below query;

1. x64 CORES - what is the right number of core as per proposed environment

2. Since we have no cluster license, please advice the services i should configure in Server A and Server B.

3. Steps i should be taking in doing so.

4. Procedure in migrating the license.

5. And any other advice you guys can help me on this.

Thanks.

You have a QlikView EE Server and no cluster license. You want to migrate to two Windows servers, but you're not saying whether you have a Publisher license... Without a cluster license, you can only split a QDS from a QVS (all the other services can be put on any machine), but in that case you need a Publisher. Do you have one?
