Hi all,

I have a problem.

I used to be able to make document Reload automatically by setting the Reload Action in document properties OnOpen.

Yesterday i discovered that is not possible anymore in my qlikview, Old and New documents have this problem.

A colleague is able to do this still, we compared user settings since the colleague is able to set the triggers on the documents that i am not able to.

Please help me.

It is installed on a local machine (Qlikview Desktop) and is version 11.20

Windows version: 8.1 Pro (64bit)

I also seem to be missing the Print section in the Add Actions menu.

Just to be clear: the actions are missing everywhere not just in document properties.

Tried the following to solve this:  

     Reinstall Qlikview;

     Remove settings file;

Rebooted the system of course.

result: still not able to set reload as action.

Once check security settings under documents & Properties

Securtiy settings are the same as on client where i am able to use everything.
