Model isn't showing in the Connection list

Hi all,

Please could someone help. One of my models are hidden in the list of models when connecting for specific users.

I can't seem to figure out why this is the case. The user's do have licenses to view the specific model.

Please Please could someone help

probably there is a problem with the access in the script
