Month End's MTD Values

Hi All,

Here i attached my sample data file and i want the data shown in below table.

Dim1	MTD%	Feb2013	Jan 2013
A	9.40	6.80%	4.00%

In Dim1 where i am using my feild

in MTD% that will show my maximun date MTD% i.e 26-03-2013 MTD% Value

In Feb 2013 That will show my 28-02-2014 MTD%

In Jan 2013 that will Show my 31-01-2013 MTD%.

If user select any of the date my MTD% Column value should be the selcted date value and rest of all as i explained above

and suppose if user select 25-02-2013 date then MTD% should be value on that date .

Hi Gysbert,

Thanks for you answer but in dummy data its containning data for 2013 but in my actula data my date starts from 2011 so for that i have to wright too many expression so can i have any other option.and second thing if uesr selects date 23-02-2013 so rest of 2 colum became null i want when user selects 23-02-2013 my MTD% value should be selected date after that it should show data for 31-01-2013 and extra colum should disappear dynamically.

hi Gysbert,

i have one more doubt suppose in my data there is ramdom data like now what file i shared with you contains the data in positive values in increasing order but in data there is some -ve values and some time values are smaller thar previous date so how can i get those value with same logic, again i am sending one more raw data file,

A	-.77%	-.38%	-.21%

In Dim 1 Is a field value

In MTD% maximum date i.e latest date which is 26-03-2013  MTD% value as per the excel file i have attached

In Feb 2013 value comes from feb's month last date MTD% value i.e. 28-02-2013 MTD% Value

In Jan 2013 value comes from Jan's month last date MTD% value i.e. 31-01-2013 MTD% Value

and so on...
