Month and quarters on x-axis?

Hello,

    I want to represent 4 years of data on x-axis.

It should be represented in such a way :

Ex: if fiscal year starts from March 2010 , then it should look like March-10,  jun-10  sep10  ........March-13 .

Can this be  accomplished /
