Hi, I hope you guys can I've read quite a few posts that are similar to this one, but can't seem to get anything to work for me.
I'm looking to analyse sales data from a month and compare it to the previous months figures and show what the difference is.
I can easily show the month and the sales results from it as in columns 1 & 2, but I wanted to create the data in columns 3 & 4.
Column 3 shows the data from column 2 in the previous month and column 4 is column 2 minus column 3
The dimension is UNIT.SOLD_MONTH and column 2 expression is sum(UNIT.TOTALSOLD)
Any ideas greatly welcomed, thanks Simon.

or use
RangeSum([Month Units],-[Previous Month Units]) as Variance
Hi Martin, thanks for your reply, however I need this to be dynamic, so if I select a different buyer I get results that are relevant to them. Thanks
Hi, thanks for this, I was able to use rangesum to create a 2 month total then take the month units from the rangesum total to give me the desired result
rangesum(Below(sum(UNIT.TOTALSOLD),0,2))
