More Values in Set Analysis

Hi all!

I have this:

LOAD * INLINE [

    Country, Value

    USA, 100

    FRANCE, 300

    ITALY, 500

    MILAN0, 50

    INDIA, 1000

];

And want this output (ITALY must  be ITALY+MILANO and all the other must be 0)

USA	0
FRANCE	0
ITALY	550
MILANO	0
INDIA	0

I try with this ... but it's KO .

=If (Country = 'ITALY', Sum({$ <Country ={ITALY,MILANO}>} Value), 0)

May be try this

=If(Country = 'ITALY', Sum(TOTAL {$ <Country ={'ITALY', 'MILANO'}>} Value), 0)
