For example I have Example.QVW
The Example.QVW is mounted under (D:\Deployment\....) for User Documents
Now I have created the task for the Example.QVW. Do I have to mount same location (D:\Deployment\....) in Source Document or it is not necessary ?
If the answer is not necessary then I have pointed(E:\Testing\....) for Source Document then how the users will see the updated Example.QVW in Access Point?
Hope you understand my question!

I am not sure what you are trying to do however I allow myself to guess;
You have a doc Example.qvw that you make to make available to the users through the accesspoint and you have to have it in the folder D:\deployment
Assuming that you have QlikView Server with a Publisher license
1. you need to have a folder source E:\testing mounting to the Qlikview Distribution service
2.you create a folder mounted to the QVS D:\Deployment
3. you put your QVW file into the folder under the QDS (E:\testing)
4. you create a distribution task that distribute to folder and you point to D:\Deployment
I have also attached a doc with some screenshots..
Hope this helps
Excellent!
This is what I am looking for
So you meant to say
After developing a .QVW application I have to put under Source documents as you said in point 1.
when I create a task for this it will automatically put .QVW under the User documents after following the above steps?

Indeed yes! And of course it is a best practices.
Thank you Fabrice
Fabrice,
I have been prompted with the following message after following the steps as suggested by you

this is correct, you need to mount your source folder
e.g E:\testing
So
I have to mention User document path location(D:\Deplyment) in QV server and in the the distribute tab(D:\Deplyment) of Document Tab
Under Distribution Service location I have to point Source document path location Setting for QDS(E:\testing) and Source Folders(E:\testing)
Correct??
