Mouse over Bubble- Scatter Chart(Ajax)

In QV 11 Ajax- When you hover over the bubble in a scatter chart, it doesn't glow/expand and we don't see an arrow indicator on the dimension label as well

Is this an Ajax limitation, as I see this working as expected in IE Plugin
