It is possible to move certain parts of the chart by selecting the chart and hold Ctrl-Shift. The parts which can be moved will be highlighted with a red border. A cyclic dimension group icon is part of the legend so you will have to move the entire legend, but a cyclic expression group icon can be moved seperately.
