Multi-Line legend in pie chart

Hey,

I have the following issue:

I created a pie chart with a legend showing the categories and the corresponding values and dragged the legend to the bottom of the chart via CTRL+SHIFT.

What do I have to adjust in order to get the legend in two or more columns instead of having to scroll down each category...

THanks

Hi,

As far as I know, it is not possible to do this.

What you can do is disable the legend in the pie chart and create a straight table object and format it so it looks like a legend. You can find an example here.

Thank you!

I guess I going to try the suggestion with the table object..

That sounds impressive, I am also quite attracted to this chart legend question. Unfortunately, I got to know this is impossible. I am not familiar with the chart thing, now it is told that the legend in pie chart is impossible. I reckon that it is also impossible in the line chart or bar chart and so forth? Maybe I misunderstood what legend is.

5 years later, not one major graphic evolution in Qlikview. These issues will never be solved, won't they ?
