Multibox text color

I am looking for a way to change the color of the text in a single or all multi-box fields. Not the label or just the label, but the actual selections in the drop down list. The reason is this....I have one field called Facility and another for Staff. If I select Facility 1, then the staff selection shows all staff is facility 1 with a white background and all staff from the other facilities with a gray background. When someone from facility 1 opens the QVW, the facility field is locked, via macro, to just show that facililty. This works, but I would like for the staff names from the other facilities to not be visible, not just with a gray background. I have tried to setting to hide the excluded selections but then when I am in facility 1 and select 1 staff person, then all other staff from facility 1 is also hidden. I just want to hide those related to other facilities.

Anyone have ideas on how I might accomplish this one? Or are there ideas on how to change the text color of a field and values in a multibox?

Thanks!

Have you tried using "Initial Data Reduction based on Section Access" ? This is a setting in the "Open" tab of the Document Properties, and it's supposed to reduce all associated data to the relevant Facility.

I tried this option with and without the strict setting box checked but it's not doing what we need from it.
