Multiple Questions - Need suggestions on how to Color Highest & Lowest Values in Pivot Table

Attaching the sample workbook. Need help on how to to below things:

1. color highest and lowest values in each of the columns

2. Insert empty row after each model?

3. Give color to alternate model groups?

4. When a selection is made it should be colored or entire selection needs to be highlighted?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
