Multple Date Input

I am using variables to input in to a calendar but wanting to be able to input across more than 1 date with a single input.

For example there is an event which lasts 3 days, I want this to cover the 3 rows on the calendar but with a single input. Any Ideas?

take a look on the attached qvw. If I remember well this was an example coming from John Witherspoon on how to use tables as input boxes.

Not Really.

I basically need a way for a variable input to accept multiple dates for one entry so it spans several records on the calendar. I can't find a way of entering multiple dates in the variable input box.
