My Table has a loop reference

By selecting 2 want to display its Father Name which is A in this Example.

Great, You want to present full set? The use of 1 is for ignore the all selections only. More info Set identifiers ‒ Qlik Sense

yes, I understand its strange with 1 but it is working in qlik sense with this in qlikview it is working without it as it spouse to be.

Very strange!

I posted my this question in Qliksence Discussion as well I found my answer from there

I don't know how to send a link to that but if you will go there you can find.

my understanding was from there that it should work without 1 but it did not work for me so I put the 1 one and it worked. so it's not only with me.

it was with the person how solved it for me as well. but let me see if I can get the result without it.

Not working for me maybe because I have other tables link to it.

And, From link you haven't provide filter so then it won't to do default it should need {1} in set analysis
