My customer does not see updated models

Hi,

I see an updated model in Access Point.

But the customer sees the old version from a week ago.

'Remove last document state' did not help him.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Inna

Hi,

Check your document timestamp in userdocument folder in QlikView server..

Also you can debug the application by added last loaded time in text box and use that in your application .

Maybe they use a continuous reload?  If you replace a file with a new one while reload task is running, the finished reload will overwrite the file on disc.  The safe thing to do is to stop the distribution service before replacing the qvw files, and restart after that.
