Mystery "snowflake" chart.... circles?

I have requirements to implement this graph in qlikview. My product owner says she screenshotted it from the qlikview website, it demonstrates "circles" of people talking to each other with our software.

does anyone know what it's called? I think I could implement it pretty easily if I could just find it!

It's certainly not a stock qlikview chart. You'll need an extension to create that kind of network graph visualisation. You could give Ralf Becher a poke regarding his extension. Perhaps his extension can create that kind of chart or he can help you create one.
