NETWORK COMPUTERS ARE NOT VISIBLE in QMC

Hi All,

I am unable to find the systems which are on network in QMC although I am able to find it in the computer system. Below is the screenshot of the error

Are you opening your QMC in a browser that is running on the server itself? Logged in as the service account?

The only reason why you are seeing different things in the QMC is that the QMC returns what is available to the service account on the QlikView server. Different accounts usually mean different or no additional drive letters, different network access, different set of visible shares etc.

Hi Peter, Yes i am opening QMC in a browser where the server is running with a service account. But this was working prevviously after migrating to Qlikview12 m facing this issue

Sorry, no experience with QV12. It may be one of those things that QV12 is having issues with. Did you check the release notes?
