Hello all,
Please help in below issue.
In my QV application, I am getting NO CONNECTION error when users are trying to access the application. This error occurs for every two to three hours in a day.
When i restarts the services then temporarily problem is solving for few hours. Again issue is coming with same error. Please see the details of my application.
TOTAL RAM in server : 24 GB.
APPLICATION : 5 App's (Total size : 2.5 GB).
TOTAL USER'S : 16 (DOC CAL'S) & 5 (NAMED CAL'S).
So please guide to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Take a look in Performance
It seems to be a QVS failure.
As Ricardo Gerhard said, you must check QlikView logs and Event Viewer for more detail
