I am having similar data in database.

I need below output in NPrinting Designer using Pixel Perfect Report. , How should I achieved it ?
Note - I have already tried it in Qlikview using ListofVal option but my requirement is little bit different and wanted to create Pixel Perfect report that's why choose this and I am very new to this NPrinting , your help will be really appreciated
