NPrinting connection error to QlikView Cluster

Hi All,

I'm having problem to establish NPrinting connection to QlikView cluster QA but the connection to QlikView cluster production is working fine without problem.

Below is error message captured.

I tried to launch the qvw in NPrinting server via open in server and it is working fine.

Would need your advice on this issue.
