Named CAL vs Number of Machines

Please confirm if the following statement is true:

"With ONE NamedCAL it is possible to develop QV applications on two different physical machines.
If a person starts using a third physical machine, then the person can work on the second and third machine, but not with the first machine. However, the person will still be able to use the SAME Named CAL license on second and third machine."

As you mention it is only possible to work from two different machines using the same CAL. However I am not sure about if it works the way you mention in regards to the first machine. I thought that the CAL got quarantined if you tried to use it from a third machine. I will se if I can replicate this.
