However this is not my experience. When I click the Print icon on the menu bar the print process starts immediately without stopping to prompt for change of name. At our company, because of automated processes, we have set the Acrobat reader not to stop and ask for the file name but rather save it autmatically to c:\temp where we would know where to look for it.
The main issue comes when I am trying to automate and email reports and there is no human intervention.
At any rate, I have solved some of the problem via VB code.
