Navigating through possible values one at a time

Hello community,

I need to be able to navigate through possible values showing each item individually.

Say I have made a selection which gave me three cars as a possible result. How can I now cycle through each car so that only the values of one car are shown at a time? I need to show a big preview image of each car - that's another reason why I need to be able to move back and forward through the possible values.

So basically I need two buttons to navigate through each picture.
