Navigation using buttons and variables

All,  I'm trying to create buttons to navigation between the value of each field.  I've attached an example - Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

     PFA.

     I used Set Analysis and normal incremental, decremental functions to get the result.

     do let me know if you have any doubts.
