Need help in highlighting the words in a text (straight table) based on the values associated to a search key(input box).
For example, search key - Vehicle has some associated words as mentioned below and then all the associated words should be highlighted in the text on search.

1) How can I associate the values to a key and form a dictionary.
2) How can I link this dictionary to the text and perform search.
