I have problem will some help me

user can't access file in accesspoint what should i chek first

(need to be restart server,web browers ,authenticaton)

dont know exactly could some one guide me

Does your user seeing the document in the access point?

If he seeing the document , when he press on it does he get an error massage or something else?
