Yes, you have data for Q1. And I also noticed, your data spans two years.
If you aggregate your data on Quarter basis across all available years, there is no preceding Quarter for the first quarter to calculate the percentage change (like in a list box, there is no Quarter above Q1).
If you want to consider the Quarter on a year basis, then you could include in the advanced aggregation dimension list and maybe average the change percentage across years.
