You can download your manual with respect to your installation in the download.qlik.com URL. Also you could find the same in the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation\Reference Manual path in your local machine.you could also try the PDF attached in this discussion Re: QlikView Server Reference Manual
Please refer this attached PDF, i am sure it will help you to start will server and publisher stuff. But there are plenty of other documents over net. specially i was refereeing this document while my study.i think it very useful, it will help you to understand basic concept of Sever and publisher.

Can you take the QlikView 11 for Developers pdf off your post, please ? It is a book you have to purchase.Giving it away for free is not what the author intended and discourages others from writing books on QlikView.
While I appreciate you trying to be helpful, as the co-author of QlikView 11 for Developers I do not really appreciate you distributing pirated copies of our book. Please remove the document.
Stephen Redmond (Stephen Redmond) wrote a compact book about QlikView Server and Publisher 11, that serves as a good intro to almost all server & publisher concepts. It's suitably called "QlikView Server and Publisher" and published by Packt Publishing. You can obtain it here: QlikView Server and Publisher | Packt
At the moment, the ebook costs less than half the recommended price.
