Need a chart

Hi all, 

I have two columns name and date.

I want the the date column in bottom chart and name in left side displaying date wise count in bar chart.

Eg. till 10/2/2019 the count should be 2 and 11 &12 of 2/2019 should show 1.

I have attached the sample file along this!!!!!!
