Need an expression in order to accumulate columns

I have no problems to accumulate with "rangesum" and "above" but logically, when pivot the year, the expression is initialized. Has anyone been able to solve this?

You can use an AsOf table. See the attached example and read this document for a bit of explanation of the AsOf table concept.
