Need guidance on security & licensing

Hi Experts,

Our company has Named CAL's/licenses.

We have some QlikView dashbaords and need to provide access for external users with their company email.

Ex : user.lastname @companyname.com

To achieve this what are the best approach available

(1) Right now our company recognize only people who are part of Enterprise directory.How can we change that?

(2) What kind of licenses are good for our scenario.

Which authentication base are you using? AD?
