Need help: One to Many Relationship or multiple common fields (Any help will be appreciated)...

Hi All,

I ahve two tables Codes and Rule Type. On filed CodeID in Codes table which is common to many field in other table (CaseType, RelationType,FilingType,Status). Is it possible to join the to get the desired result.I am attaching an example below. Please let mw know how can I get my desired reult.
