Need help in google maps for rectifying the bubble position on the map

Hi Experts,

Need your help in rectifying the bubble location on Google map

Attached is the sample file where i have cretaed google map

Issue is the bubbles at first view are drifting slightly towards the right

What changes do i need to do so that the bubbles are plotted at correct location

The drifting towards right i have to eliminate

Need this help on urgent basis
