Need help in pivot label

Hi Experts,

I need urgent help on below query.

I have one pivot table I taking subtotal of the second column. I need the subtotal label  name as in attached screenshot.

Label will be according to the values in the first column.

In this case if value is "EAST" then label should be "EAST Total", if second values is "SOUTH" then label should be "South table"

Kindly assist.
