Hello team,
I need your advise on best approach before creating/designing a data model through Qlik view.
Option1 -
1. Create a data model by mapping different tables and store the result set in QVDs
2. Call data model .qvw file in new Qlik view file and create a dash board/reports
Option 2 -
1. Create .QVD files for each table and then create a data model in Qlik view file by mapping different QVD files and applying business rules in it.
2. Create dash boards/reports with Qlik view file where all .Qvds mapped each other.
From above 2 options which one would be best option for mid-size volume project and also, how do we load the data to qvd files when there is change in source files in both scenarios means which files should contain script to load .QVD files
Thanks,
Rajesh
