Need help on line chart

Hi,

I need your help on a small issue. Users
have raised a concern for line chart not showing value with decimal when they
place a mouse on a line

Below is the graph chart1, when we place a mouse on line ,
its showing 23%(number without decimal value). But on chart2 its showing value
with decimal.
