Need help to separate new and repeat mail counts.

got below adhoc requirement, where i have to calculate the count of emails on that day when compared with all the previous days.

conditions are : if it is repeated in any one the previous days it has to go previous counts. if it new on the particular day then it is added into new count for that day.

Please look into the attachment for sample data and expected outpt.
