Need help to web based setup for accessing QV reports!!

Hi,

Could anyone please help to setup web for accessing QV report. However we are already accessing web based report on QlikView server with the help of user CALs licence which is now only 25 users. Is that possible to view this report for n-number of users, not based on USER CALS Licence.
