Need logic help for leading sales brand

I attached data I want to see only Region, State_Name, District, Taluka wise leading  sales Brand Name with sales Amount.

Expected result.

Region	State_Name	District	Taluka	Brand	Sales
EAST	BIHAR	ARARIA	ARARIA	DAL	2,250.59
EAST	BIHAR	ARARIA	BAISI	DAL	110.00
EAST	BIHAR	PURNIA	BAISI	DAL	188.00

Output was just example. I don't want to restrict the data only for DAL.

Brand Could be different also.

Here I want to see only  Leading Sales brand name with sales in a single column in respect to region, State_Name, District & Taluka.

Taluka is the last level. 

In Taluka Multiple Brand sales. Only leading brand should be show with Sales Value in a single.
