Need to build a report and publish with Qlikview publisher?

Hi,

My requirement is something like this.

I have a  Qlikview dashboard build and i want to send the reports by distribution services.

For this i created  document reports  it works fine.

I have around 15 tabs and each tab is independent of each other. when ever a report is built all the tabs into one report.

When i take that as preview only the charts  that are active are showing up and the others displays as " No data to display".

If i move to the next  tab and run the preview of the report then it will show that data and others are hidden.

I have charts like container and pivot /straight tables.

on opening of each tab i have the triggers to select max date, and report type.

Is there a way that i can display all the results in the report?

If i want to display as one report what i have to consider?

Hi Shree,

That's the way 'Qlikview Report' option works. If you want to distribute the data and reports in the complete application, I suggest you to use file reduction and distribution method rather than PDF report distribution.

The way it works is you can create a data reload trigger in QEMC and reduce the main QVW(application) by a desired column Like USERID or MARKET or DESIGNATION etc and save it in desired folder location accessible to users.

I suggest you to take a look at QV Report as well.

The use of sub-report could be a handy (and pixel perfect!) solution to your case.
