Need to display Values on data points

Can you please tell me about

1 how to disaply values on data points on pie chart .

2 How to get previous month.

Hi

On the expressions tab there is an option under Display Options which allows you to show these.

As for getting the previous month, it depends what you mean.  Are you looking to have the pie chart show lasts months data, or to just derive last month for a formula?  Can you expand the problem please?

To display the values on data point.

Please go to Properties > Expression Tab > Values on Data Point (At the bottom)

I did not understood point 2, hope point 1 is answered.

It is the same way as in bar chart, in expression tab, check 'Values on Data Points'. If you are thinking of getting values within the pie slices, that is not possible in pie chart.

if u want values on legend then goto presentation tab-select show numbers in legend check box
