Need to freeze the sort in a table

Hi,

I have a table which has dimensions as doctor names.

and i have TRx Volume as expression.

i will sort the doctor name as top ten names based on TRx Volume.

Then if i add one more expression, say TRx Share to the same table.

The table should show only the Share for the existing top 10 names.

it should not change the names of the doctor in dimension field.

How we can achieve this?

Hello,

If you are using straight table you can promote TRx expression to top & check Numeric Value to Descending order. If you are using pivot table then go to Sort tab and select the dim & check Expression and paste your TRx expression in expression text box and change order type to Descending order.
