Need to get number

Dear Member,

I have a list box called "alplabets" in that i have sample data like

A

B

C

D

Now my requirement is if we if take this list box i need to get number like

A 1

B 1

C 1

D 1

Please help me on this.

It may be enough to check 'Show frequency' option in general tab of list box properties.

If not, please specify how you determine 'number'.

What do you need?

A string "A 1" or two columns A and 1 or what else?

The number should be increasing if the alphabet gets added... Can you please help me on this.

I want result like

A 1

B 2

C 3

D 4

E 5

If u need in the same sequence wht u stated, Use autogenerate
