Nested ForLoops and Noconcatenate

Hi Guys,

I have Nested For loops in my Script and at the end I get the Answer ,which I want but it leaves a lot of Tables which I dont need.

Attached is the Example. Can anyone Help? Trying this from longtime[:S]
